Northeast security is seeking Security Supervisor with a Valid Driver's License of three years or more with a clean driving history for one of our premiere portfolios in Boston, MA!

Position starts at $23.05
Schedule :
Mon-Fri : 2 : 00PM-10 : 00PM
Sun-Thurs : 10 : 00PM-6 : 00AM
Weekends : 3 : 00PM-11 : 00PM or 11 : 00PM-7 : 00AM
- Valid Driver's License of three years or more with clean driving history is required

Security Officer Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Must keep a professional appearance.Must remain on post at all times.Will oversee entire portfolio consisting of 17 Buildingsresponding to emergency situations such as Elevator Entrapment, Medical Emergency, Fire Alarms, Power Outages and SnowstormsEnsure that all security personnel are aware of and perform their duties in full compliance with the facility security operations procedures and location policies, procedures and regulations.Conduct Audits inspections to determine officers are in uniforms, completes log, conducting their tours, and not on their personal cellphonesReview and approve all reports, duty logs, etc. submitted by security personnel.Ensure timely notification of all serious incidents.Basic computer knowledgeMaintain effective communications with all assigned security personnel.Counsel, advise, motivate, and (when necessary) provide discipline and positive reinforcement to personnel assigned to the location.Work with management in the development and implementation of sound employee relations, development, and retention programs for the location.Ensure that assigned security personnel are kept up-to date on any modifications to procedures, policies, or regulations.Work schedule may include evenings or night shifts and weekends / holidays as determined and scheduled annually.
