Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and other fabrics as needed, ensuring they are clean and presentable.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to established cleaning protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions.
- Maintain an organized supply inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing as required.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all cleaning activities.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with residential cleaning techniques and commercial cleaning standards is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and address their concerns.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning supplies and equipment usage for various surfaces.
