What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Marketing Coordinator position at Northeast Shared Services?
Salary: $60,405.80- $85,810.00
SUMMARY
Responsible for the coordination, execution, facilitation and tracking of paid digital media for Northeast Shared Services operating companies, as well as ownership of push notification/SMS messaging, with a specialization in digital display advertising and support of paid social media advertising.
Applicable channels/programs include: Instacart Carrot Ads, digital Shopper Marketing placements, paid social cataloging and display-based media networks. This role supports the larger digital marketing initiatives of Northeast Shared Services and crosses between both operating companies in terms of applicable channels/workstreams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Campaign coordination for display-based activations (Catalina, Zillow, Daily Voice, Flipp etc): Topic/content alignment, creative ideation/collaboration, spend optimization
- Catalogue maintenance & item selection for paid social campaigning (Meta, Snapchat, TT, others)
- Co-ownership of social ad account relationships (Meta, Snapchat, TT, others) in collaboration with Digital Marketing Specialist, Social Media & Manager of Digital Marketing
- Maintenance of total-Paid Media program budget tracking process: Spend tracking, period-end reporting, annual budget-building assistance, etc
- Ecommerce content facilitation for paid display campaigns: Collection building, coordination with site merchandising team, etc
- Ownership of Carrot Ads and Shopper Link revenue tracking/content tracking function: Revenue reporting, billing facilitation, trade partner relationship facilitation (Instacart team), troubleshooting as needed
- Content ownership of Retail Media Network program: ‘Backfill’ content development, revenue tracking, coordination with Marketing Strategy team for sponsorship facilitation
- Facilitation of digital-housed shopper marketing elements through Marketing Strategy team: Ecommerce collections, email content drafting, landing page updates/builds, paid social ad coordination, in-store shelf tag/signage coordination
- Digital performance reporting: Display ad performance, campaign-end recapping, push/SMS reporting
- Digital flyer performance reporting & analysis
- Co-ownership of blog content schedule/storytelling with Digital Marketing Specialist, Social Media
- Co-ownership of Influencer Marketing program with Digital Marketing Specialist, Social Media: Topic/campaign ideation, messaging development, network communication/facilitation
- Push Notification messaging program ownership: Content planning, calendar maintenance, optimization, performance reporting
- SMS (not yet live) program ownership: Scoping (in collaboration with Manager, Digital Marketing), content/campaign calendar development, optimization, performance reporting
- Creative collaboration & development with Digital Content & Outreach Specialist/NSS Advertising team for channel creative needs
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must submit to DL Monitoring
- Satisfactory performance reviews.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results and objectives.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Associates Degree.
- 1 years of related experience.
