SUMMARY
The Employee Leave Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of company leave programs to include Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, FMLA, Paid Family Leave, Military and Personal Leave of Absences.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensures that all employee leave programs are in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures and follows all state and federal regulations. As well as staying informed of any changes related to state/federal leave programs.
- Determine and verify leave eligibility for all company leave programs.
- Communicate with employees and managers on employee eligibility and leave status.
- Maintains company records of all leave programs and ensures all leaves are documented, filed, and tracked. Prepares ad hoc leave reporting and analyses as required.
- Acts as a liaison between the company and our disability/ paid family leave insurance carrier.
- Monitors and tracks leaves of absence and follows up on required documentation.
- Assist with return-to-work processes including accommodations that fall under ADA.
- Answer telephone and email inquiries in a timely manner.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Satisfactory performance reviews.
- Computer skills to include Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality a must.
- Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent telephone skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Demonstrates a high level of integrity when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of clerical experience
