We are a busy East Stroudsburg-based commercial/industrial site contractor that specializes in excavation, underground utilities, and asphalt paving that is currently seeking a full-time Project Manager with a minimum of five years experience managing multiple crews. Also must have experience with civil engineering work and heavy highway work, including PennDOT Highway Construction.
