Campus Location: $14.00 hourly, up to 20 hours a week (February 2025 through June 2025)
Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Accounting Services, the Scanning Clerk is responsible for scanning payroll, accounts payable, and grants documents into the BDMS system as well as other general office duties such as filing or as assigned.
Job Duties
- Scan documents into BDMS.
- File documents.
- Complete other assignments as directed by supervision.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Banner software
- Conversational ability or fluency in a second language.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Technology Skills: MS Office suite; videoconferencing software; digital records management systems; general operating systems and data information systems
- Accounting knowledge.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
