What You’ll Do
Sell & Close Deals: Once licensed, you’ll own the sales process—selling and binding insurance policies that fit our customers’ needs while growing your book of business.
Build Your Pipeline: We provide the leads and teach you how to sell, helping you lay the foundation for your success in sales.
Cold Call B2B: Proactively reach out to businesses to generate new opportunities and expand our client base.
Cross-Sell & Upsell: More than just insurance! You’ll leverage client interactions to introduce additional services across our divisions—Title & Tag, Insurance, DOT Compliance, and Pack & Send.
Make It Happen: Outbound calls, inbound inquiries, walk-in customers—every interaction is a sales opportunity. You’ll provide tailored solutions and turn prospects into lifelong clients.
Master Client Management: Use our Agency Management System (AMS) to track leads, manage follow-ups, and boost retention rates.
Be a Growth Partner: Work alongside marketing to launch sales campaigns, generate leads, and fuel business expansion.
