**What You’ll Do**

~Get Licensed Fast – We’ll pay for your licensing fees upfront, and you’ll have 45 days to become a certified insurance agent (reimbursement required later).
~ Earn While You Learn – Start with a $32,000 base salary high commission (30% new business, 20% renewals).
~Sell & Succeed – Make calls, secure new clients, and build long-term relationships in a fast-paced environment.

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**

~Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.

~Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and improve customer outreach.

~Utilize strong communication skills to explain policy details and benefits clearly.

~Participate in training sessions to develop sales techniques and product knowledge.

~Assist in administrative tasks related to sales and customer service, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
