Key Responsibilities:
- Cross-Sell and Upsell Opportunities: Actively identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell services across our four divisions: Title & Tag, Insurance, DOT Compliance Services, and Pack & Send. Leverage client interactions to introduce additional products and services.
- Client Relationship Management: Manage the Agency Management System by overseeing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date client information. Utilize the system to track leads and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Outbound Sales Calls: Proactively reach out to current and potential clients to ensure their needs are met, provide information about new products and services, and close sales on insurance policies and other services.
- Inbound Call Handling: Manage incoming calls with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Assist clients with policy payments, answer inquiries, and offer solutions tailored to their needs.
- Application Review and Process Management: Review and process applications, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Follow up with clients to complete applications and leverage these interactions to discuss additional service needs.
- Marketing and Lead Generation Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement campaigns that attract new clients. Generate leads through various channels and convert them into sales.
- Collaborative Sales Projects: Work closely with the team on sales initiatives and projects to drive growth, maximize customer retention, and expand our market reach.
Qualifications:
- Sales-Driven Mindset: Passion for sales with a proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Tech Experience: Proficient in using Agency Management Systems and other relevant software to manage leads and client relationships.
- Customer Service Excellence: Strong background in customer service, with outstanding communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Multitasking and Prioritization Skills: Ability to manage multiple clients and sales opportunities simultaneously.
- (Preferred): Proficiency in a second language is highly desirable to cater to a diverse client base.
- Insurance Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus, with the drive to obtain an insurance sales license.
Additional Requirements:
- Career Growth Opportunity: This role is designed to transition from general administration and customer service to a more specialized Title Clerk/CSR role, eventually leading to an Insurance Sales position. We are seeking individuals who are ambitious, sales-focused, and ready to grow with us.
- Notary Certification: The notary certification process will be facilitated by administration and must be obtained by the candidate’s 90-day anniversary.
- Insurance Licensing: We provide assistance with the insurance licensing process for candidates demonstrating a strong aptitude for sales and client relationship management.
