What You’ll Do:
- We Provide the Leads! You’ll have access to a steady stream of leads, and we’ll teach you how to close the deal successfully.
- Cold Calling & B2B Sales: You will actively engage in cold calling businesses and networking to develop new client relationships.
- Generate and Sell Policies: Utilize your Property & Casualty license to generate quotes, bind policies, and drive new business.
- Maximize Earning Potential: Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across our services—Title & Tag, Insurance, DOT Compliance Services, and Pack & Send.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain accurate client data, track leads, and follow up on sales opportunities using our Agency Management System.
- Inbound & Outbound Sales Calls: Handle inquiries from potential clients and reach out to new leads to discuss their insurance needs.
- Marketing & Lead Generation Support: Work closely with our marketing team to develop campaigns and strategies to attract new business.
- Collaborate with a Winning Team: Work with motivated professionals to meet sales goals and expand our market reach.
What You’ll Need:
- Active Property & Casualty License (Required)
- Sales-Driven Mindset: Proven ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
- Work Ethic & Drive: A go-getter attitude with the determination to succeed in a high-energy sales environment.
- Cold Calling & B2B Experience (Preferred): Willingness to pick up the phone and actively pursue leads.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
