Business Title:
- CUA Aftercare Program Manager
Job Purpose:
- To develop, implement, and oversee the CUA (Comprehensive Urine Analysis) Aftercare Program at Northeast Treatment Center. This involves coordinating continuing care services for clients transitioning out of the CUA program, ensuring they have access to resources and support to maintain sobriety and prevent relapse. The Program Manager will also track program outcomes, manage the program budget, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the CUA Aftercare Program, including defining program goals, objectives, and strategies.
- Create and maintain a network of referral resources for aftercare services, such as sober living homes, support groups, therapists, and other community-based organizations.
- Conduct individual assessments with clients transitioning out of the CUA program to identify their specific aftercare needs and develop individualized plans.
- Facilitate group and individual aftercare sessions, providing education, support, and relapse prevention strategies.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration between the CUA program staff, aftercare providers, and clients' families (with client consent).
- Monitor client progress in aftercare and provide ongoing support and intervention as needed.
- Track program outcomes and evaluate the effectiveness of the aftercare program in achieving its goals.
- Manage the program budget, including tracking expenses and seeking funding opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical guidelines related to aftercare services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and program documentation.
- Develop and deliver presentations and training on aftercare services to staff and community partners.
- Stay current on best practices and research in the field of addiction treatment and aftercare.
- Collaborate with other departments within Northeast Treatment Center to ensure seamless transitions for clients.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of three years of experience in substance abuse treatment or a related field.
- Experience developing and implementing aftercare programs.
- Experience managing a team of professionals.
- Experience working with diverse populations.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong clinical skills, including assessment, treatment planning, and case management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of community resources and referral processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
Salary : $62,000
