We are seeking an experienced and passionate Director of Fundraising to lead our fundraising efforts and drive sustainable revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong and extensive background in non-profit fundraising, excellent communication skills, and a proven track of successful fundraising strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising plan.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors.
- Oversee grant writing and submission process.
- Plan and manage fundraising events and campaigns.
- Track and report on fundraising progress.
Qualifications
Required Experience:
- 5 years of progressive fundraising experience, preferably in a non-profit setting.
- Proven track record of successful fundraising, including major gifts, grants, and annual campaigns.
- Experience developing and implementing fundraising strategies.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with donors and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of fundraising principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
