SUMMARY:
The Program Coordinator for the PCCD Grant is responsible for comprehensive data collection, dissemination, and reporting to support PCCD programming. This role provides critical administrative assistance to the program supervisor, ensuring adherence to budget and procurement guidelines, managing facilities, and coordinating consultants. The Program Coordinator will be on-site daily across various locations, ensuring that all administrative needs are met, and compliance standards are upheld.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· Education: Minimum of High School Diploma with a minimum of 4 years of administrative experience required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
· Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an administrative or clerical role; prior experience in a mental health or social services setting is advantageous.
· Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) at an intermediate to advanced level; skilled in generating data reports and maintaining accurate records.
· Interpersonal Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities; excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
· Attributes: Demonstrated empathy and concern for program participants; must be a flexible, proactive team player capable of navigating diverse site environments.
