Our Studio is focused on providing builders, remodelers and homeowners’ a diverse range of products to meet their design needs. Located in Bridgeport, CT the Studio is a comfortable environment to meet with clients for an interactive experience with our products.

Job Requirements:
· Experience with Industry Professionals: Successful candidates should have a demonstrated history of effective communication and collaboration with architects, contractors, designers, and other industry professionals. This includes the ability to understand and meet their specific needs and preferences.
· Comprehensive Kitchen Design and Sales: Requires expertise in both designing and selling a wide range of kitchen and cabinetry solutions, from standard production-grade to highly customized designs. Candidates should be proficient in creating designs that align with client preferences and budgets.
· Precise Measurement Skills: Accurate measurement of client locations before preparing drawings is essential for ensuring the perfect fit and functionality of any design. Candidates should document spatial dimensions effectively and be able to work comfortably using both the Metric & Imperial systems.
· Detailed Installation Packet Preparation: Candidates should be capable of preparing comprehensive installation packets, including detailed drawings and clear installation instructions, ensuring a smooth transition from design to implementation.
· Client Flexibility: A willingness to accommodate clients' scheduling needs, including evening and weekend meetings, to provide exceptional customer service and meet clients on their terms.
· Proactive Networking: Candidates are expected to proactively build and establish new relationships with builders and architects in the industry.
·Account Management & Customer Service : The ability to maintain and nurture relationships with both new and existing accounts is essential for long-term success. This includes providing ongoing support and exceeding client expectations.
· Exceeding Expectations: Successful candidates should be driven to go above and beyond, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Architecture or Design
- Experience with both framed and frameless (European) cabinetry
- Metric System proficiency
- Software Expertise in 2020 Design, CAD (preferably AutoCad) and rendering software
- Dynamic and energetic personality
