What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Manager position at Northeastern Center Inc?
The Operations Manager is an employee charged with daily oversight and operation of their assigned offices. Office oversight includes all facets of administrative supervision of all clinical staff, including managing caseloads, coordinating with internal and external departments and stakeholders. The Operations Manager ensures compliance with regulations, external governing bodies (CARF, DMHA, etc.) and has budgetary responsibility for their location(s).
Bachelor's degree required with two years of progressive experience in mental health and one year of management experience preferred.
First shift, Full time, M-F, 8a- 5p
Salary based on experience.
