What are the responsibilities and job description for the Case Facilitator II DCS position at Northeastern Center Inc?
The DCS Case Facilitator operates under supervision of the Child and Adolescent Associate
Director. As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, primary job duties include support
and coordination for families in crisis as a result of DCS involvement through comprehensive case
management and community resource connections. This role focuses on enhancing family
stability and well-being by employing evidence-based practices. The ideal candidate will possess
strong interpersonal skills and a deep commitment to fostering resilience and self-sufficiency in
families.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree related to the mental health or related field in mental health or community services.
Experience: Must meet OBHP requirements= 2years experience in mental health or community services.
Licensure: Must have valid state issued driver's license.
First Shift, full time: hours may include some weekend and possible flex time to accomodate clients schedules.
Salary based on experience.
