Our company is looking for a Testing Technician at our Northeastern Eye Institute in Scranton, PA.! You'll join a team of innovative and accomplished providers, surgeons, and clinical care staff. We are looking for a passionate, patient focused individual to join a busy but amazing team where your work makes a real difference! We offer training for those with a medical background!
Responsibilities
What You Will Do:
- Visual Fields
- OCT
- Corneal Topography
- Slit Lamp Photography
- Cross train to assist physicians
Qualifications
What You Will Bring:
- Medical background a plus
- Experience in ophthalmology is a PLUS!
- Be a self-starter, motivated to stay current with new technologies.
- Have excellent communication skills and be detail oriented.
- Have the interpersonal skills necessary to effectively interact with staff, doctors and patients.
- Be able to handle a heavy workload with multiple priorities.
- Have excellent professional judgment.
- MUST be willing to travel between multiple offices and departments when needed.
