What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:
- Teaching a full academic load of 30 credit hours per year, which may be a combination of face-to-face, hybrid or online instruction. Teaching may include weekend or evening classes
- Provide effective instruction as measured by student success and persistence rates
- Invest in teaching and active learning, and inspire students to learn
- Develop and maintain current curriculum and assessment criteria for courses
- Participate in department and college committees and meetings
- Conduct student advising
- Maintain 6 in-person office hours per week

What We Require:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution related to the subject will allow entry to this position, with a commitment to earn a Master's Degree within 5 years required. Or, a Master's Degree related to the subject, or a Master's Degree in a different area with 30 hours of Master's level credit in the subject to be taught.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend events.
- Knowledge of and experience with computers
- Prior academic/work experience in an accredited institution of high education is preferred.
What We Can Offer:
This is a full-time faculty position, with 163 workdays per year from August through May. Annual salary is $43,000-$49,000 depending on qualifications and experience. Competitive fringe benefit package available which includes medical, dental, life, PERA Retirement Plan, 11 paid holidays, and several optional benefits. Position will begin August 2025.
