We are seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead NRHC into the future. The CEO will provide organizational leadership, financial oversight, and operational excellence, ensuring that NRHC continues to thrive, innovate, and serve its patients effectively.
Experience and Education
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of executive leadership experience in healthcare, preferably in an FQHC, community health center, or rural healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of: FQHC regulations, HRSA compliance, healthcare finance, risk management, and community health programs.
- Skills: Strong financial acumen, strategic planning, operational leadership, and ability to build lasting relationships.
