Description Of Position
Northeastern State University is seeking an Assistant Professor of Business Law in the College of Business and Technology.
Candidate must have an earned doctorate degree in law with preferred experience in teaching in hybrid, online or cohort learning environments. The right faculty will be able to teach any of the business law courses needed at the undergraduate or graduate level.
In addition to teaching, this position involves student recruitment. The right candidate will be active in connecting with industry. The person will also be expected to find and meet with prospective students from high schools, community colleges, returning students from industry and through social media.
The faculty member may be assigned to teach classes and hold meetings as needed on the Tahlequah or Broken Arrow campuses, Zoom or online.
