About the Opportunity About the D’Amore-McKim School of Business: Founded in 1922, the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University offers a unique model of business education that purposely blends innovative classroom learning with real-world business application. Responsibilities: Position Summary In late 2018, the Northeastern Center for Entrepreneurship Education (NUCEE) initiated the Mosaic Fellowship. The Mosaic Fellowship is a one-year position designed to address the current needs of Northeastern entrepreneurs and Mosaic, the coalition of student-led organizations in Northeastern’ s entrepreneurship ecosystem. The mission of Mosaic is to empower entrepreneurial builders by lowering the barrier of entry to entrepreneurship, creating community, and providing resources across the global Northeastern network. The Mosaic Fellow will act as the near peer to support the experiential programming that is the distinguishing characteristic of Northeastern University’s entrepreneurship ecosystem. The Mosaic Fellowship is ideal for a recent Northeastern undergraduate or graduate alumnus with experience in Northeastern’ s entrepreneurship ecosystem. Please note: This position is hybrid requiring 3-4 days on campus per week. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities The Mosaic Fellowship emphasizes listening to and providing for the needs of the community. It is also important for the Mosaic Fellow to be able to work independently and across disciplines within the University. As a member of Northeastern University’s Center for Entrepreneurship Education, the Mosaic Fellow will work with Mosaic Staff, the Center’s team, and stakeholders across the University. The Mosaic Fellowship, beginning in June or July of 2023, will focus on community enhancement and support, marketing brand development, and program development and management.
