The successful candidate will teach courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels in brand management, platform economies, consumer engagement technologies, and data and AI technologies and/or related subjects; participate in service to the Marketing Group, D’Amore-McKim School of Business, Northeastern University, and the discipline; and develop an appropriate independent research program necessary to achieve and maintain AACSB qualification as a Scholarly Academic.
The Major Responsibilities For a Teaching Professor Are
Candidates for a Lecturer must have a Master’s degree and candidates for a Teaching Professor must have a doctorate degree in Marketing or a closely related field by the appointment start date. Candidates for appointment at ranks above the entry-level must have at least 4 years of college teaching and/or professional experience. Candidates must be committed to excellence in teaching and research, and fostering an environment of belonging for our student population.
