About the Opportunity :
The DMSB Executive Education department is a team of 5 people who have been delivering 5-6 custom executive education programs for corporate clients totaling about $1.5-2M in revenue. This position is to be the operational leader of the department, responsible for supervising all staff and for growing the offerings to reach more markets and customers. Key to growth will be the addition of open enrollment programs to the portfolio. Revenue growth targets are $3M in one year, $5M in two years, $10M in five years, and $20M in ten years.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manages a team of program managers / coordinators assigned to particular accounts or projects.
- Coordinates recruiting, finding and hiring talent, both Staff and Faculty.
- Builds the team – Training and developing the talent to reach their potential.
- Creates the infrastructure needed to support a growing and expanding team.
- Proactively leads key account planning processes that develop mutual program performance objectives.
- Finding the right connections : Open Markets and Custom Markets, donors, supporters, and partners.
- Creates collaborative, cross-functional relationships across campus required to ensure high quality, efficient client service.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates client needs on an ongoing basis.
- Oversees all aspects of delivery of client services – schedules, milestones, faculty coordination, communications with program participants.
