What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist position at Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital?
Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital (NVRH) Northern Physical Therapy in Lyndonville is looking for a per-diem licensed Physical Therapist to join their enthusiastic team. Under the supervision of the Clinical Director and working in conjunction with the Physical Therapy Assistant, the PT will establish a POC for all patients, ensuring the highest level of care. The PT will maintain quality documentation, communicate with primary providers to develop treatment plans and establish clear plans of care. The PT will provide general and specialized support for duties in the office that may or may not include things such as pool care and other day-to-day operations.
NVRH is located in Vermont’s historic Northeast Kingdom, a region known for its unspoiled beauty and four season recreational activities. A not-for-profit independent hospital, NVRH provides primary and preventive care, surgical and specialty services, inpatient and outpatient care, and 24-hour physician-staffed emergency services.
*Practice hours are Monday – Friday 7am – 6pm.
Current Vermont Physical Therapy license required.
