Northedge Steel is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead all marketing efforts, with a strong focus on B2C lead generation and brand growth. This individual will be responsible for attracting and converting leads, overseeing all online marketing strategies, and managing content distribution to dealer partners.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Digital Marketing
- Develop and execute B2C marketing strategies to generate high-quality inbound leads for the sales team.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) to increase conversions and reduce acquisition costs.
- Utilize SEO, PPC, and email marketing to improve website traffic and engagement.
- Track and analyze marketing performance to maximize return on investment and customer acquisition.
Brand Awareness & Online Presence
- Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Create and implement content strategies, including blog posts, videos, and graphics, to engage and educate potential buyers.
- Optimize website content for SEO and user experience to drive organic growth.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure Northedge Steel remains competitive in the market.
Marketing Collateral & Dealer Support
- Develop and manage high-quality marketing materials for dealer partners, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Create and execute email campaigns and promotional offers to support dealers in driving sales.
- Coordinate marketing assets and promotional content for seasonal sales and special promotions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in digital marketing, B2C lead generation, or e-commerce.
- Strong expertise in social media advertising, SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
- Proven track record of increasing online engagement, website traffic, and customer conversions.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, TikTok marketing, and YouTube campaigns.
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) and marketing automation tools.
- Strong graphic design and content creation skills using Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar software.
- Ability to analyze data, track key performance metrics, and optimize marketing campaigns for better results.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong understanding of how to connect with B2C audiences.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
