About the Role:
- We are looking for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in closing business and developing financial plans.
- The ideal candidate will have expertise in retirement income planning, investment management, and annuity strategies.
- The role involves meeting with pre-scheduled, pre-qualified prospective clients and conducting consultations to assess their financial goals, risk tolerance, and retirement planning needs.
- You will develop and present customized financial plans aligned with client objectives and recommend fee-based AUM solutions and fixed-indexed annuities as core strategies.
- Your primary focus will be on closing business by effectively communicating the firm's value and guiding clients through the decision-making process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with pre-scheduled, pre-qualified prospective clients provided by the firm.
- Conduct consultations to assess financial goals, risk tolerance, and retirement planning needs.
- Develop and present customized financial plans aligned with client objectives.
- Recommend and implement fee-based AUM solutions and fixed-indexed annuities as core strategies.
- Closing business by effectively communicating the firm's value and guiding clients through the decision-making process.
- Educate clients on investment strategies, tax-efficient income planning, and asset protection.
- Maintain and update client records, recommendations, and planning details within CRM and portfolio management systems.
- Collaborate with internal operations, compliance, and client services teams to ensure smooth account onboarding and management.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory updates, and industry best practices related to retirement planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field preferred.
- 3 years of experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Manager, or similar client-facing financial services role.
- Proven track record of closing business in a high-volume, appointment-based sales environment.
- Must hold Series 65 or be willing to obtain it within a designated timeframe.
- Life and Health Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- CFP or other industry designations are a plus but not required.
