- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress.
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Childhood Development Associate Credential (CDA) or equivalent certification.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in a educational setting.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
