What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quadient Developer position at Northern Base Technologies LLP?
Technical:
- Design and Development: Create and maintain automated customer communication workflows utilizing Quadient Inspire Flex. This includes developing templates and solutions for both digital and print communications.
- Data Integration: Implement data integration and transformation processes to prepare data for personalized communications. This involves working with various data sources, including databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle), CRM systems, and APIs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Testing and Troubleshooting: Perform unit and integration testing to ensure the quality of developed solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Inspire Flex workflows and data processing.
- Documentation: Maintain application documentation and contribute to the onboarding of new client campaigns and projects.
Non-Technical:
- Experience in BFSI Information technology or equivalent
- Possesses mastery level understanding of standards, business processes, workflows, methodologies, and leading practices
- Must have in-depth knowledge of software development lifecycles including Agile development and testing
- Demonstrated ability in applying automation for repeatable tasks
- Strong management, communication, technical and remote collaboration skill are a must
- Experience in large cross system, cross team initiatives
