Job Description:
- Achieving OPERTAIONAL Excellence and Resource Management along with customer experience.
- Develop and Implement Regional Strategies: Create and execute regional business plans, Strategic plan aligned with the organization's global objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regional leaders, customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of professionals cutting across Services, Support and Engineering WS , providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze regional performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between regional teams, global HQ for Utilites, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Adhere to all Quality processes. Ability to be part of an on-call rotation for after business hour customer calls.
- Ability to travel to customer sites.
