We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to take on the role of Clinical Supervisor for our Medicine and Surgery and Emergency departments at Northern Base. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of nursing staff in the Medicine and Surgery and ER departments
- Develop and implement nursing plans to meet the needs of patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
This is a 13-week contract position working 12-hour night shifts, with scheduled every-other weekend duties. To succeed in this role, you will need BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
