Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care under the direction of physicians and registered nurses
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Assist in medical procedures such as cardiac catheterization and dermal fillers
- Perform airway management and catheterization procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
Qualifications
- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse with current licensure
- Experience working in a teaching hospital, clinic, or medical office is preferred
- Proficiency in acute pain management and IV infusion
- Knowledge of medical systems and electronic health records
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in areas such as dermal fillers is a plus
