RN House Supervisor

Job Summary

As a House Supervisor in our healthcare facility, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring quality care is provided to patients. You will lead a team of healthcare professionals to maintain high standards of patient care and safety.

What You'll Need:

• Current active Colorado Registered Nurse Licensure.
• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required. (Candidates with the degree in progress, or make a commitment to begin within 6 months of hire may also be considered.)
• BLS, ALS, PALS, and Neonatal Resuscitation certifications upon hire.
• Minimum of two years of experience in an acute care setting, preferred.

What You'll Do:

• Strong understanding of nursing in accordance to law, policies, procedures, and standard practices.
• Assess and interpret overall staffing effectiveness for the appropriate number, competency and skill mix in the provision of health care services according to census, acuity, and responsible use of labor budget.
• Serve as a professional resource to patients, families, providers, and staff by prioritizing, mediating, and resolving concerns.
• Maintain nursing standard of care and assist with writing and updating policies and procedures.
• Demonstrates an expectation for support and quality improvement through quality metrics.
• Ability to build rapport and coordinate team problem solving methods.
• Act as a liaison with administrative and facility directors.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21,191.00 - $30,694.00 per year
