Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead our team in providing high-quality care to individuals with developmental disabilities. Duties
- Supervise and mentor clinical staff in the delivery of patient care, ensuring adherence to best practices in behavioral therapy.
- Oversee the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of client progress, utilizing research data collection methods.
- Provide training and support to staff on effective strategies for working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and improve client outcomes.
- Ensure that all clinical activities are aligned with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a reduced caseload as needed TBD during contracting
Experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a clinical or healthcare setting, particularly focused on children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of medical documentation practices and experience managing medical records.
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis techniques and behavioral therapy methodologies.
- Experience conducting research data collection related to patient care outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, families, and team members.
