Northern Behavioral Solutions is currently looking for qualified and experienced individuals with previous behavior technician experience or currently credentialed as a Registered Behavior Technician. Job Responsibilities:
- At least 18 years of age
- Minimum education of a High School diploma/GED
- Pass a Background checks
- Drivers license
- Passionate about working with children or individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Willingness to commute up to 45 minutes to client’s homes

Qualifications:
- One year of professional experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) (Preferred)
- Demonstrate excellent leadership and independence
- Bachelors, or Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field (preferred)
- Technology proficient.
Education:
- Bachelor in related field (preferred)
License:

Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy to clients in various settings, including homes, schools, and clinics
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior using specific data collection methods
- Collaborate with a team of professionals, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), to develop and modify treatment plans
- Assist with the development of social, communication, and daily living skills
- Use positive reinforcement techniques to promote desired behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients during therapy sessions
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children, especially those with autism or special needs
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles
- Familiarity with data collection methods and ability to accurately record data
- Understanding of special education and developmental disabilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Note: Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is preferred but not required. Training may be provided for qualified candidates.
