Technical Landscape Architect / Project Manager

About the role :
The Technical Landscape Architect at Fletcher Studio will be pivotal in managing and guiding the production of detailed construction drawings and overseeing the implementation of these designs on-site. This role demands a high level of technical expertise and project management skills to ensure that all projects meet design standards and are executed efficiently.
In the first three months you will :
- Lead the development of detailed construction drawings and technical documentation for landscape architecture projects.
- Ensure that all drawings are accurate, comprehensive, and compliant with design specifications and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with design teams to refine and finalize production drawings, integrating feedback and making necessary revisions.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to address construction issues, ensure adherence to timelines, and maintain project budgets.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve construction challenges, and ensure compliance with design intent and technical specifications.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to achieve successful project delivery.
- Address any client and stakeholder concerns, ensuring clear communication and resolution of issues.
- Review and approve final construction documentation and drawings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
