We are hiring an experienced commercial/personal lines Account Manager. The ideal candidate MUST have at least 5 years of experience in handling small to middle market size accounts. AMS360 management software knowledge is required. Must have a full understanding of ACORD forms, completing ACORD applications, and client management . - Act as liaison between clients and insurance companies
- Handle policy endorsements, renewal processing, and agency billing
- Process claims and assist with audits
- Promptly respond to requests for information and documentation, and answer questions about coverage
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Prepare ACORD applications, supplemental apps, loss runs, photos, Excel spreadsheets, premium breakdown charts, and other necessary documentation needed for marketing
- Collaborate with underwriters to assess client risks, and negotiate premium/rate changes
- Prepare summaries of insurance, statement of values, and annual premium analysis for clients
- Strong communication & organizational skills

- Works well with others and can multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
- Great attention to detail and prioritizing tasks effectively
