We're seeking a caring and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Northern Cardinal Rehabilitation and Nursing team. In this role, you will provide direct care duties to our residents, working closely with licensed nursing personnel to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as supporting residents with mealtime, toileting, and mobility needs.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a current Nursing Assistant certification from your state, as well as effective verbal and written English communication skills. You should also have intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, Internet, and Intranet navigation. Additionally, you must be able to lift fifty (50) or more pounds, stand and/or walk for more than four (4) hours per day, bend and/or stoop for more than one (1) hour at a time.
We offer a competitive hourly rate between $18 and $22, with shift differentials, as well as overtime opportunities, paid in-service training, incentive bonuses, and employee recognition programs.
