Job Summary
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel. The successful candidate will assist in creating a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for our residents.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and comfort to residents
- Document resident information and observations
- Participate in training and education programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Current Nursing Assistant certification from state
- Current/active CPR certification, preferred
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation
Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate between $18 and $22
- $1.00/hour shift diff for 3p-11p and $0.75/hour for 11p-7a
- Additional compensation includes: 1.5X Holiday Pay, 1.5X Overtime Pay for every hour worked over 40 hours per week
