As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Northern Cardinal Rehabilitation and Nursing, you will have the unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. In this critical role, you will provide direct care duties, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents is maintained at all times.
Your key responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as supporting residents with mealtime, toileting, and mobility needs. You will work collaboratively with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, tailored to each resident's specific needs and goals.
To excel in this position, you must possess a strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and maintain multiple projects with high quality and productivity. You should also have current/active CPR certification, preferred, and be able to lift fifty (50) or more pounds, stand and/or walk for more than four (4) hours per day, bend and/or stoop for more than one (1) hour at a time.
