Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct care duties to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel
- Assist with promoting a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for residents
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements
- Current Nursing Assistant certification from state
- Current/active CPR certification, preferred
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, Internet, and Intranet navigation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate, and maintain multiple projects with high quality and productivity
- Ability to lift fifty (50) or more pounds, stand and/or walk for more than four (4) hours per day, bend and/or stoop for more than one (1) hour at a time
