Civil Takeoff Estimator

Northern Clearing is looking to hire a full-time Civil Takeoff Specialist to work in our Ashland, WI Office.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Performs quantity take offs in an accurate and timely matter.
- Distribute bid information to all necessary employees (VP of Projects, Estimators, Etc.)
- Provide current material and labor prices for bid items.
- Identify areas of RFP's where units may be off and can offer areas of potential benefit above other bidders.
- Additional duties may be assigned based on current needs.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Attention to Detail.
- Communication Proficiency.
- Technical Capacity.
- Strategic Thinking.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, construction plans and specifications.
- Previous experience with Planswift Estimating Software and or Trimble Business Center is strongly preferred
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or 5 years of experience in a related field.
