Landscaping Foreman

Northern Colorado Landscaping was recently named NOCO Style's top 3 Landscaping companies. We are searching for highly experienced Landscape and Irrigation Foremen to play a key role within the company. Our company provides high-quality services with a focus on our customer’s satisfaction. Northern Colorado Landscaping is located in Berthoud and provides landscaping renovation and installation services.

This Landscape Foreman position is a full-time, hourly position who will be responsible for the supervision of assigned staff and daily operations on a job site, creating a fun and safe work environment while maintaining company standards, goals, and profitability. A truck will be provided, for company use only to qualified applicants to get the crew from our facility to the job site.

This position is seasonal; however, the right candidate could stay with our company through the winter. Pay is based on experience.

Landscape and Irrigation Foreman Responsibilities:

-Effectively manage a crew of 3 to 8 members.

-Conduct safety meetings and create a culture of safety.

-Demonstrating role model behaviors on ethics and integrity as well as positively promoting Company culture

-Holding weekly safety meetings

-Responsible for time tracking of crews.

-Attending weekly foremen meetings to discuss the past and present weeks workload, equipment and manpower needs, project guidelines, budgets and accurate job tracking.

-Fill out daily progress reports and relay information to supervisor.

-Keep inventory of jobsite materials.

-Able to create as-built plans.

-Managing production for our high-quality services, using best management practices, and working efficiently and safely at all times.

-Notify supervisor of equipment and material needs.

-Ensuring all staff are provided with necessary safety requirements; tools, equipment and materials to complete tasks efficiently.

-Ensuring all company policies, including equipment care, safety programs, and general behavior are followed by all staff

-Ensure thoroughness, accuracy and timeliness of all field communication.

-Provide a fun and safe work environment, for employees.

Foreman Qualifications:

-Valid CO driver's license.

-Clean MVR and insurable

-Minimum of 5 years of landscaping experience.

-Experience and knowledge of commercial irrigation systems

-Able to read landscaping and irrigation blueprints.

-Is self-motivated with a strong work ethic with the ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize duties in an ever changing and fast paced environment.

-Be professional in appearance and possess effective written & verbal communication skills.

-Authorized to work in the U.S.

-Previous experience in a leadership role.

-Positive attitude.
