Caledonia Home Health & Hospice is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join their devoted clinical team. This potential team member should be a compassionate, team-oriented individual who desires to provide direct patient care to clients in their homes. Responsibilities include following an established plan of care, providing treatments, and working collaboratively with the members of a team to achieve the highest level of coordinated care for clients served in Caledonia and Southern Essex counties. Candidates must have a current Vermont RN license.
