Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehab is a leading skilled nursing facility in Millersburg, PA, dedicated to delivering high-quality care to our residents. We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team on a full-time basis.
In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide occupational therapy services that promote independence and quality of life for our residents.
- Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to residents' specific needs.
- Document therapy sessions accurately and in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure a cohesive approach to resident care.
- Monitor and report residents' progress and any changes in condition to the supervising OT.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have active certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of Pennsylvania. Proven experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred.
