Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team at Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehab. The ideal candidate will have expertise in assessing and treating patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' communication and swallowing abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs.
- Provide direct patient care, including speech therapy sessions and training for family members and caregivers.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Master's degree from an accredited speech-language pathology program.
- Successful completion of the Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) or strong Clinical Fellow (CF) candidate.
