We are seeking a compassionate and skilled COTA to join our therapy team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide high-quality occupational therapy services.
- Assist residents in achieving their goals to improve independence and quality of life.
- Implement treatment plans tailored to residents' specific needs.
- Document therapy sessions accurately and in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure a cohesive approach to resident care.
- Monitor and report residents' progress and any changes in condition to the supervising OT.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have active certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of Pennsylvania. Proven experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred.
