Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team! This role provides physical therapy services to help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities :
Implement individualized treatment plans as established by the primary Physical Therapist.
Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to develop patient-centered therapy programs.
Instruct patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and exercises.
Evaluate residents to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and set short-term and long-term goals.
