Main Responsibilities:
1. Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
2. Assist residents with daily living activities, such as feeding and toileting
3. Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the Charge Nurse
4. Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
5. Participate in inter-disciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care plans
Essential Qualifications:
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant Certification
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassion and empathy when interacting with residents
Working Conditions:
• This position is located in a long-term care facility
• The working hours may include day, evening, and night shifts, as well as rotating weekends
