Warehouse Picker/Loader

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse picker & loader to join our dynamic team, assigned to our 2nd shift (2pm-10pm). In this role, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring that our products are accurately picked, packed & loaded for distribution. Responsibilities

• Accurately pick & load products according to order specifications.
• Follow company procedures for picking, packing, wrapping & loading.
• Organize and maintain the loading area to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Inspect products for quality assurance before loading onto trucks
• Operate forklifts or other machinery as required, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily loading targets and schedules.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management immediately.
• Follow all company policies regarding safety, quality control, and operational procedures.

Skills

• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate loading and unloading of products.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and equipment, such as forklifts (certification is a plus).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high safety standards.
• Good communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.
• Basic problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during the loading process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
