Overall Purpose of Position

 In coordination with Design team, create stunning graphic designs that are consistent with corporate organizational goals and objectives. Develop and execute clearly defined marketing & social media campaigns as well as researching, recommending, and contributing to social media channels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Research and develop aluminum finishes based on current trends and industry needs
• Update and continued development of corporate website, email updates & print media
• Photograph product and finishes for use on website and print
• Develop concept drawings for internal and external customers illustrating design options
• Communication of pattern/ prototype development with LCS personnel
• Assist in creating product display boards and presentations
• Work with customers to develop concepts, prototypes and finishes
• Customer presentations of products and finishes, (support customer visits as well as travel to customers) 
• Creating & managing content for website/ social media/ blogs/ email updates
• Creating and maintaining a marketing calendar (emails/ blogs/ shows schedule)
• Analyzing and evaluating existing & potential marketing & social media activities
• Educate other employees on basic social media platforms & their functionality 
• Track performance of marketing programs and report results to management

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university (or equivalent experience)
  2-4 years experience in marketing, public relations, journalism, communications or related field
• Must be a creative, innovative, and an experienced graphics designer who is able to conceptualize, design and produce graphics
• This position requires advanced graphic design skills, including print and web.  A working knowledge of graphics programs is required
• Web design experience and the ability to process image files for use on the web or use within printed materials is a must. Experience in designing and developing websites and web applications 
• Illustration capabilities
• Project management skills
• Possess good communication and time management skills
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, whilepossessing strong and positive communication skills are required
• Must be highly motivated, goal oriented and able to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams
